The Relax Room

Booking Conditions:

Same-day bookings must be paid for as soon as possible to guarantee room availability. For arrivals at least 48 hours in advance, payment must be made within 24 hours of any advance booking request. Without payment, no room is reserved or guaranteed. Confirmation is always sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

If you do not wish to pay in advance, please contact us 24 hours before your arrival to check remaining availability. Payment will then be required immediately.

Reservations paid by bank transfer (an option offered during the booking process) or via a secure Stripe link sent afterward if you prefer this payment method, are subject to our cancellation and refund policy.
